Scallop Crew Pullover Sweater | Work Week Wardrobe

work outfit for springHappy first day of Spring! I’m definitely looking forward to warmer weather, and I’m celebrating today with this spring-forward look. It’s week three of the work-to-weekend series. and this week I’ll be showing you how I styled this scallop crew pullover two ways- once for work and once for the weekend.

This sweater is made of extra fine Merino wool, and it’s so soft. It comes in so many beautiful colors, many of the brights are perfect for spring! I love this coral color but I was torn also between the blue heather and emerald colors. I’m getting ready to ditch the winter neutrals.

The delicate scalloped detail around the neckline is on trend without going overboard, making it a great piece for the office. The lightweight material makes it great for air conditioned offices too. 😉

I paired it with these black and white print ankle pants which are also Banana Republic, but from two years ago. This sweater would go perfectly with these black and white gingham print cropped pants too. I kept the other outfit details pretty simple for work. I really do carry my J.Crew all day tote to work most days- it fits everything perfectly.

I’m looking forward to wearing this beautiful scallop crew pullover sweater throughout the spring and even into summer. It would also pair nicely with a navy pencil skirt and some fun, printed heels for work.
