Last weekend featured lots of sunshine and running around. This Crème de la Crème sweatshirt is one of my favorites to throw on for relaxing at home or running errands. I’ve had it for a while, but it’s still available on Etsy (you’ll want to size up). Read More →
I love living in Michigan and having the opportunity to experience all four seasons. Springtime is lush, summer is hot and sunny, fall is colorful, and winter is cold and snowy. Our state is beautiful throughout all seasons, but we do get a lot of cloud coverage, which is most noticeable in the winter. Enter the winter blues.

But before I can share this delicious recipe with you, I need to tell you a story. Read More →
One of my decorating goals this year is to incorporate plant life into our home. As far as house plants go, we have one succulent. That’s it. It’s a little silly, but I’ve never thought of myself as someone with a green thumb, so I sort of avoided house plants. Plus, when we were just starting off in our home I always chose a piece of art to hang on the wall over any kind of plant. Plants weren’t even on my radar.
